Your BEST Plan

One of the toughest part of business, embarking on a journey or project is hearing the murmings and taunts of those who sit in the cheap seats. Sometimes, those taunts come from other people in your field or profession. They've accomplished something doing it in a way that isn't how you would do it. And they question your method, strategy or plan.

Now this doesn't work in every scenario as there are successful procedures to performing surgeries, operating vehicles safely or making certain types of food. Do something different and someone could get hurt.

Yet when it comes to business or a project, to a point, there is no wrong way. The only wrong way is when it doesn't benefit you or your mission. Are you losing money? Is your product not right? Do customers avoid you?

Always, in business and life, we should be taking mental inventory and asking ourselves, "is what I am doing beneficial for my life and business"? Business changes all the time whether we like it or not.

The video game company, Nintendo, started as a playing card company in the 1800s. Now they're a leader in video game consoles and home entertainment. Could they still make cards to this day? Absolutely. Yet it would be a completely different company for a different group of buyers. They adapted with the times and grew their audience.

If you want to grow, then do something different. Add hamburgers to your hot dog list or dress up your hot dogs differently. Make them special. See what others are not doing and try something different.

Your best plan is what works best for you. If its making dollars then it's making sense.
