The typical commercial production process, whether on-site or remote is as follows. • Discovery Call - First initial meeting to understand the business, commercial specifics and who the target audience is. • Project Proposal - Based on Discovery Call, information is gathered and custom quote is sent. • Contract - Once the Project Proposal is agreed upon, a contract with project details and deliverables is sent for signing. All projects are required to have initial deposit and signed contract sent to us for work to begin. • Rough Draft - The Rough Draft of the project is sent to the client for review. Revisions may be made if necessary. • Final Draft - The Final Draft of the project is sent to the client for final review. Revisions to be made, if necessary. The final draft assets are then sent to the client and/or the marketing or communications company the client is working directly with.
