The GREATEST Missed OPPORTUNITIES

Recently, I've made various attempts to contact various professionals for personal (not business soliciting) services and found something very very alarming. Missed communication and poor communication.

For a big event I've been planning, I've made attempts to contact a certain location for over 3 months via phone, email and online form. I left voicemails as well. Not..a..single...callback. And the place is open and operational. Someone finally called back, months later and by then, it was too late.

I attempted to reach out to attorneys for legal guidance....no callback, no email and online form claims it was received and nothing.

Those I have come in contact have been on and off with communication, some unprofessional and minimal consistency or my number was out through an Ai follow-up process.

This article is not to share complaints but to offer the greatest advice I can offer at this point. (And not every outreach was a fail but the number of fails was alarming.) If clients and customers are lacking, check all of your point of contact information and make sure it is up-to-date. Check spam folders, voicemails, social media chat windows, comment sections, answer phones and always always follow through!

I wish I didn't have to share this, but about 7 out of 10 places...in my experience, failed in either no communication, poor communication or completely unprofessional. I hope that is not you or your business.

Therefore, if you want to make sure you do not miss an opportunity, give every potential opportunity a try. Even if it isn't the right fit for your client or you, it could be a great connection! Example: I have sent some very financial well-off individuals to places because I loved the service. You COULD BE that business.

If the phone rings, email is possibly in spam or the website form is broken...address the situation, correct and get those opportunities!
