Simplicity is Key

When I first started my production company in 2013, I spent money and was listed everywhere. I had multiple phone numbers, advertising, different business programs, etc. It cost money and most of it did nothing but hit the bank account.

So, I narrowed it down to only what was essential for day-to-day operations. Even as the business evolved from video production to motion pictures, the strategy was the same.

Simplicity is key. Simplicity wins the day!

When I launched Mi Media Harbor last year as the B2B division of the company, I did the same. And still trying new strategies, efficient operations and also passing this knowledge along to businesses and non-profit organizations like yours. It is a win-win!

My dad, former automotive sales consultant, would always say "We keep it simple and have fun". And if you're not doing either of those things...you may cause more headaches for yourself. The idea is to focus on what you're good at, grow the business and serve people.
