Do you offer VALUE?

Do you offer value? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Do you offer a product, service or experience worth value at your business? I am not saying "cheap", "affordable" or the like. I mean true value. Example: The extra sauce, the best cherry on top, the few words of advice or encouragement. In plain speak - going the extra mile for the client / customer when they either least expect it or know that you are willing to help them with what they need from your business.

You may be surprised to know that many places don't offer true value or use the word "value" when offering discounts or special pricing. That's only the crumb of the whole cake.

Value can look different in many ways.

Examples:

"Let me make that call for you and connect you to the best person to help you with this."

"Let me walk you to the aisle where the product is and if it isn't there, I'll check the back for you."

"This service may not have been our best attempt, let us make it up to you right now and/or your next service is free."

These are examples up people and businesses offering value. Taking that extra step, ensuring the client / customer is satisfied. And in doing so, they will more than likely return. Remember, people love working with people they love. Same goes with businesses as a whole. When I refer someone to some place or a person, it is usually because I know that person or place is going to do well. I would rather pay more and get overall value than have to pay again and again through time and money because I was cheap and/or disloyal to good quality service.

Think about value the next time you go to your favorite store, specialist or the little things you do or can do, that can add value to your business.
