Does this Make Sense?

You have an awesome business or non-profit organization. People love you, your products and/or service, that is when they do find you. Question is...how did they find you?

If you're thriving or steady by word-of-mouth marketing then this may not be for you.

If you prefer to stay constantly in front of your current and prospective customers, then this is definitely for you.

Please consider the following strategies.

Have a continual marketing presence. If word-of-mouth via a specific cafe, billboards on a particular road or posts on social media, keep it professional and consistent.

Maintain consistency. Consistent branding, messaging, marketing, posting, etc. People may not ever purchase from you but they know who you are and seen you enough to assume you're everywhere.

Be professional. If funny and quirky works for your business, go with it. If informational and stoic is your business, keep it going. There are very rare occasions to ever possibly deviate from your brand messaging and marketing.

Go with what works but refresh often. From plain messages to viral videos, continue to refresh them quarterly at minimum whether on TV, social media or streaming. Micro marketing and messaging needs to be often through channels that make sense for your business.

Build a system that works and adjust accordingly. Stay fresh on who your customers are, where they're coming from, how to connect with them and how to keep them engaged.

These are a few items to consider whether marketing yourself, hiring an agency or local business. PLUS, you or a 3rd party should know statistically how these strategies are benefiting your business and providing solid return on investment.
